President Barack H. Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20500

Dear Mr. President;

Like many American citizens who watched you take the oath of office, to uphold our constitution, we were doubly impressed when you decided to take the oath twice, to make sure you had got it right. It gave us hope that changes you were promising would lead to correcting many of the problems facing millions of United States citizens who have lost the protections of that precious document because they happen to live on or near an Indian reservation.

The Resource Sentinel has been asked to instigate a letter writing campaign, seeking a Justice Department investigation, into very serious charges of civil rights abuses caused by voting fraud in so called “ Indian country”. These requests come from both tribal and non-tribal United States citizens who are being deprived of their lawful constitutional voting rights by tribal governments exercising unconstitutionally delegated “Sovereignty” power and authority from agencies of their own United States Government.

The United States bears a particular burden when corruption and fraud becomes evident because Indian lands are removed form the control of state governments, so protections guaranteed by the 14th Amendment for the equal protections of the United States Constitution, which applies the Bill of Rights to the citizens of the states, does not apply.

Enclosed are documents describing the complaints and copies of letters we are sending the Justice Department, the Judiciary Committees and other elected officials.

Mr. President, we sincerely request that you honor your oath of office, to uphold the Constitution of the United States, by supporting our request to have the Justice Department and Judiciary Committees conduct a thorough investigation of these complaints about the tyrannical abuse of power by these tribal business councils that has deprived United States citizens of their rights to an honest and lawful election process.
